AGM Notice

The Annual General Meeting for St. John’s Minor Hockey Association is scheduled for June 24th, 2025 at 7pm at the Capital Hotel on Kenmount Road

In preparation for the AGM, the Association issued a Call for Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors that will become vacant at the AGM.  Nominations for board positions closed May 23, 2025.

The following Board members will be completing the second year of their two (2) year term during the upcoming 2025/2026 Season:

President: John Cowan

Treasurer: Elizabeth Lewis

U9 Director: Colette Nichols

U15/U18 Director: Chris Dillon

The following Board of Director positions were up for election and the following candidate will be elected by acclamation at the June 2025 AGM:

Female Director: Tanya Schwartz (2 year term)

The following Board of Director positions are up for election for a two (2) year term at the June 2025 AGM and the following nominations have been accepted.  An election will be held at the AGM to determine who will fill these positions. Information regarding the voting procedure can be found in the "Important Documents" section of our website under "Governance".
